Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a high-impact Key Account Executive to serve as the single point of contact for large, complex customers. You will drive solution-based selling, manage RFQs, and negotiate major contracts while expanding margins through long-term, value-added offerings.

You will build influential relationships at senior levels, own strategic account plans, and work in a hybrid environment with quarterly travel as needed. Strong presentation and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of key account manager or field sales management experience in electronic distribution.
• Ability to build influential relationships with customers.
• Experience with distribution and complex major accounts.
• Hunter mentality.
• P&L experience preferred.
• Has previously managed a territory or accounts up to $125 million.
• This position includes commission in the posted range.

Responsibilities

• Quotations and contract negotiations: plan, manage, and oversee RFQ sign-offs.
• Ensure RFQ activities align with Arrow guidelines and are communicated.
• Participate in review and negotiation of significant contracts.
• Review customer requests to amend terms and conditions in contracts.
• Provide necessary information across Arrow and customer teams for renewals.
• Develop strategic relationships at the highest levels of organizations.
• Grow share within assigned accounts and leverage supplier knowledge.
• Interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive demand.
