• Proven track record of sales growth and profitability.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• ~3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management.
• Ability to travel domestically 60% of time.

• Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory.
• Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Manage account(s) in support of customer needs and communicate needs to internal teams.
• Coordinate and support key business negotiations to influence decisions and actions.
• Grow relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
• Build collaborative relationships across marketing, R&D, and sales to grow share of wallet.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions for strategy implementation and market targeting.
• Report current performance in sales/marketing contributions to management.
