Job summary

Amcor seeks an Account Manager II to own and grow a defined territory. You will build trusted customer relationships, protect and expand existing business, and discover new opportunities by collaborating with internal teams to translate sales strategies into action.

You will focus on increasing share of wallet and driving results through effective negotiations and partnerships. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in technical sales or general management,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in technical, sales and general management roles.
Experience in packaging industry preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 60%.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
Leverage knowledge of Amcor products and market to win business.
Grow existing accounts and prospect new ones to expand share of wallet.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and close deals.
Lead negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes for Amcor and customers.
Build and nurture trusted customer relationships through proactive communication.
