The candidate will mentor account managers, develop strategic plans, and lead negotiations with distribution partners to generate net-new revenue while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Account Management or Distribution Sales with proven revenue growth.
• Strong skills in strategic account management and customer relationships.
• Experience in account plans, contract negotiations, and distribution programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts as primary contact.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and with partners.
• Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through account management.
• Mentor account managers and sales teams; monitor market trends.
