You will identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and lead negotiations while aligning with distribution partners. The position supports growth across commercial, industrial, and public sector markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in account management or distribution sales with proven revenue growth.
• Strong strategic account planning and contract negotiation skills.
• Mentor and guide sales teams; CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and tailor solutions.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts with cross‑functional teams.
• Hunt new business with distributors; generate net‑new revenue.
