Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Principal Account Manager for a remote U.S. role. You will manage strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and mentor sales teams, reporting to the Director of Sales. The position supports Fiplex, focusing on in-building wireless and public safety connectivity solutions.

You will build partnerships, identify new opportunities, and lead negotiations while maintaining strong customer relationships across the Eastern and Central time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Account Management or Distribution Sales.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Expertise in developing and executing account plans and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively hunt for new business with distribution partners; generate net-new revenue.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
