Eaton's North America Sales division is seeking a Strategic Account Manager, Engineering Services to lead executive relationships with hyperscale and multi-tenant data center customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of electrical industry sales/marketing/operations experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license; ability to travel ~35%.
• Experience managing national or strategic customer accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success growing strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Engineering Services relationships with hyperscale and multi-tenant data center customers.
• Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligned to customer priorities and growth.
• Lead cross-functional account planning and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Support strategic commercial discussions involving pricing and service agreements.
