Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of field service, electrical industry sales and/or electrical engineering experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must live within 50 miles of Tukwila, WA; Kennewick, WA; Spokane, WA or Wilsonville, OR.
• U.S. export regulations require the candidate to be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Own service sales strategy for data center campuses operating in live environments.
• Identify and qualify Brownfield opportunities related to PM, IR, torque, and relay testing, emergency response, troubleshooting and repair.
• Modernize switchgear, breakers, ATS, UPS, and generators; upgrade controls, protection, monitoring.
• Perform engineering studies (arc flash, coordination, short circuit, load flow).
• Lead site assessments and Brownfield discovery sessions while facilities are energized.
• Create clear, value-based service scopes and compelling customer proposals.
• Maintain quoting activity in Salesforce and deliver monthly sales forecasts.
