Job summary

Eaton seeks a Global Account VP for Data Center to lead top-tier hyperscaler and MTDC accounts, owning building growth strategy, profitability and executive cadences. You will coordinate with regional P&L teams, shape system architecture, and drive cross-functional governance to deliver profitable outcomes.

Travel ~50–60% for customer meetings and business reviews, collaborating with the Data Center COE to stay competitive and drive value across Eaton’s products, systems, software, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related field.
• 15+ years in the electrical industry with 10+ in global or regional roles.
• Proven ability to manage a P&L (revenue, margin, costs).
• Experience with data center hyperscalers or MTDC accounts.
• Strong negotiation and executive relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel ~50–60% for customer meetings and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies aligned to customer priorities.
• Establish GAM governance model and serve as escalation point.
• Lead global governance for platforms, Capex, pricing, and capacity decisions.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver milestones with clear account plans.
• Lead QBRs and provide Voice of Customer input to product and services.
• Negotiate and renew contracts while protecting Eaton's interests.
