Eaton Corporation’s North America Sales division is seeking a Strategic Account Manager, Engineering Services. This remote role within the United States focuses on executive relationships and driving long-term growth with hyperscale and multi-tenant data center accounts.

You will own and grow Engineering Services relationships, develop multi-year strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions and optimized profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of electrical industry sales/marketing/operations experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 35% of the time.
• Experience managing national or strategic customer accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success growing strategic customer relationships and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Engineering Services relationships with hyperscale and multi-tenant data center customers.
• Serve as the executive-level owner and trusted advisor for strategic accounts.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligned to customer priorities and growth objectives.
• Lead account planning to increase engagement and share of wallet.
• Translate voice-of-customer insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Coordinate with NAS vertical account leaders and Engineering Services leadership.
