Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in the electrical industry (account management/sales)
• 10+ years in regional or global roles
• Proven ability to manage a P&L (revenue, margin, costs)
• Experience with data center segment and hyperscalers/MTDC
• Proven track record in managing complex high-value accounts across countries
• Strong contract negotiation and cross-functional leadership experience
• International travel: ~50–60% for meetings and leadership activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies aligned to customer priorities and Eaton capabilities.
• Establish the global GAM governance model and serve as primary escalation point for platform, Capex, pricing, NPD, and capacity decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level and key decision-makers.
• Drive account expansion with solution architects and product/marketing/operations.
• Provide Voice of Customer input to product, systems, solutions, and service leaders.
• Ensure regional/local sales, service, and support resources align to the account plan.
• Lead Customer Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones with clear roles and enterprise alignment.
