Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Lead Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue growth in live data-center environments. You will own the technical-commercial leadership from opportunity through proposal and order capture, focusing on lifecycle services for installed electrical infrastructure to ensure reliability, uptime and compliance.

The role requires coordinating with TAS, field service engineers, and project teams; travel up to 50% is expected; base pay includes incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of field service, electrical industry sales and/or electrical engineering experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own service sales strategy for data center campuses operating in live environments.
• Identify and qualify Brownfield opportunities related to PM, emergency response, and modernization.
• Translate complex electrical conditions into clear service scopes aligned to uptime and compliance.
• Maintain accurate quoting in Salesforce and deliver monthly sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Engineering Services, field service engineers, DOC teams and Project Operations.
