Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Global Account VP for Data Center to lead growth across top accounts worldwide. You will own growth strategy, KPI delivery, and governance with regional P&L owners and cross-functional teams, driving cross-sell opportunities and executive-level engagement.

The role requires senior enterprise leadership, deep hyperscaler understanding, and strong negotiation skills, with significant travel to manage global accounts. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in the electrical industry, including 10+ years in global or regional roles.
• Proven ability to manage a P&L (revenue, margin, costs).
• Experience with data center segments or hyperscalers/colocation clients preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value accounts across countries and cultures.
• Strong contract negotiation, strategic account development, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies aligned to customer priorities and Eaton capabilities.
• Establish the global GAM governance model and serve as primary escalation point for platform, Capex, GTM, pricing, and capacity decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Drive account expansion with solution architects and product/marketing/operations.
• Lead Customer QBRs and ensure regional resources align with the account plan.
• Own escalation governance and cross-functional accountability across regions.
