Job summary

Eaton Corporation in the ES AMER NAS division seeks a Lead Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue in data center environments. You will own the technical and commercial engagement from opportunity to scope, proposal, and order, focusing on brownfield data centers and uptime, safety and compliance.

The role requires coordinating with TAS, field service engineers and customers, developing clear service scopes, and expanding annual service programs while meeting reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of field service, electrical industry sales and/or electrical engineering experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation benefit offered; within a 50-mile radius of specified locations.
• US person per export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own service sales strategy for data center campuses in live environments.
• Identify and qualify Brownfield opportunities across PM, repair, and modernization.
• Expand annual service agreements and multi-year programs tied to uptime and risk reduction.
• Serve as the primary technical sales interface for data center operators and facilities teams.
• Lead site assessments and Brownfield discovery while equipment remains energized.
• Translate complex electrical conditions into clear, value-based service scopes.
• Maintain quotes in Salesforce and deliver monthly sales forecasts.
• Develop and present customer proposals with TAS support.
• Collaborate with Eaton Engineering Services, FSEs, DOC teams and Project Ops for executables.
