Job summary

Eaton, in Los Angeles, seeks a seasoned Global Account VP for Data Center to own growth strategy, KPIs, and end-to-end profitability for top-tier global hyperscaler and MTDC accounts. You will drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and solution delivery across Eaton’s products and services.

This senior role requires leadership, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to lead enterprise-wide commercial decisions while coordinating with regional P&L owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or closely related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in the electrical industry (account management/sales/client services).
• 10+ years in regional or global roles.
• Proven ability to manage a P&L (revenue, margin, costs).
• Experience with data center segment and hyperscalers/MTDC customers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies aligned to customer priorities and Eaton capabilities.
• Establish the global GAM governance model and serve as the primary escalation point for platform, Capex, GTM, pricing, NPD and capacity decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level and key decision-makers.
• Drive account expansion (cross-sell/upsell) with solution architects and product/marketing/operations.
• Provide Voice of Customer input to product, systems, solutions, and service leaders.
• Ensure regional/local sales, service, and support resources are aligned with the account plan.
• Lead Customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for assigned accounts.
