Job summary

Judi Health seeks an Account Executive/Strategic Account Executive for PBA Client Services to manage planning, execution, growth and client satisfaction across Health Plans, TPAs, and related services. This role partners with Judi Rx teams to advocate for clients and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The position reports to the Senior Account Executive/Senior Director and requires deep knowledge of PBM, Medicare/Medicaid programs, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy – health plan, managed care, or PBM with Health Plans, Payer Commercial and Government Program business lines
• Market knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Health Exchange pharmacy; regulated industry experience
• Track record of building trust in internal and external relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to the Account Management team with a focus on member and client satisfaction, trend management, growth & retention, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and develop the client relationship strategy and strategic business planning across the portfolio
• Maintain knowledge and tracking of contractual obligations, including financials, terms, and reporting/compliance
• Manage the Account renewal and contracting process with a focus on retention and P&L management
• Serve as the relationship lead for assigned accounts and build relationships with influencers and decision makers
• Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings for Health Plan/TPA needs
• Analyze pharmacy and healthcare trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy
• Lead positioning of Judi Rx value proposition and capabilities for clients
• Support RFPs, broker engagement, and best & final responses
• Provide coaching to the Account Team to align with client priorities and strategy
