Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an Account Executive/Strategic Account Executive for PBA Client Services to manage planning, growth, retention and client satisfaction for Pharmacy Benefit Administration clients. This role involves leading the Account Management team and coordinating with Judi Rx to align offerings with client priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience.
• PharmD or B.S. Pharmacy from an accredited institution is a plus.
• At least five years of pharmacy-focused health plan/PBM experience.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Health Exchange pharmacy is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to the Account Management team with focus on member and client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead client relationship strategy and strategic business planning across portfolio with internal support.
• Track contractual obligations, financials, and reporting for assigned book of business.
• Manage renewals and contracting with emphasis on client retention and P&L management.
• Serve as relationship lead and build relationships with influencers and decision makers at the client.
• Anticipate customer needs and identify new opportunities within accounts.
• Develop knowledge of Judi Health products and services to field client questions accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings for Health Plans and TPAs.
• Analyze trends and regulations to inform strategic decisions and market positioning.
