Job summary

Judi Health, LLC is seeking an Account Executive/Strategic Account Executive for PBA Services in a hybrid/remote-capable role. You will manage planning, growth and retention for major Health Plan/PBA clients, lead cross-functional teams, and drive client satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will guide contract renewals, align internal resources, and help shape the client relationship strategy across the portfolio, including support for RFPs and market differentiation.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in pharmacy within health plans, PBM, or payer markets.
• Experience with regulated markets and Health Plan / PBM operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client positioning and relationship building.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Health Exchange pharmacy.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work with multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, growth, retention, and client satisfaction for assigned clients.
• Lead the Account Management team and coordinate with internal Judi Health groups.
• Oversee renewal, contracting, and client financials/PNL for book of business.
• Develop client relationship strategies and align internal resources to client needs.
• Coordinate RFP responses, broker engagement, and strategic opportunities.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Health Plan/TPA needs and products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliverables across clients.
