Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive for a fully remote role supporting North American customers. You will identify and secure new project opportunities, partner with end users, engineers, and contractors to drive refrigeration and heating solutions, and lead opportunities from inquiry to order close.

The position emphasizes strong technical and commercial communication, with travel to a Milwaukee factory as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Ability to understand financial calculations and commercial concepts to negotiate and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account sales plans to meet sales and gross margin objectives.
• Grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to promote Copeland products.
• Manage the sales process through identification to closing purchase orders; provide aftersales support as needed.
• Collaborate across functions and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management to educate customers on new technologies.
