Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an Account Executive to identify, develop, and close new opportunities that expand our industrial refrigeration and heat pump solutions across North America. This remote, field-facing role requires building trusted relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.

You will own the sales cycle from inquiry to purchase, manage forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with engineering, lifecycle services and product teams, and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Understand financial calculations and commercial concepts to negotiate and close opportunities.
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations.
• Tenacious, disciplined approach to opportunity management and customer engagement.
• Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet defined sales objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year.
• Own sales process from enquiry to order and provide aftersales support.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts and project details in Salesforce.
