Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business in North America. The role focuses on identifying opportunities and expanding the installed base of industrial refrigeration and heating solutions, collaborating with end users, engineers, and contractors to secure favorable outcomes.

As a fully remote position, travel to the Milwaukee factory is required (up to 24 nights/year). The compensation ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 with base salary and bonus potential,

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or similar field.
• Understand financial calculations and commercial concepts to negotiate and close on opportunities.
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities expanding Vilter's installed base.
• Cultivate relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders to drive preference for Vilter products and services.
• Demonstrate full ownership of the sales process from enquiry to closure of purchase orders; provide aftersales support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts, project details, and competitor notes through Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strong performance and positive customer experience.
