Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business across North America from a remote location. You will manage relations with end users, contractors, and consultants while coordinating with engineering and lifecycle teams to deliver refrigeration and heating solutions.

The role demands at least five years in industrial refrigeration sales, a technical engineering background, and strong negotiation skills. Travel to Milwaukee is required up to 24 nights per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and commercial concepts to negotiate and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet or exceed sales and gross margin targets.
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump compression packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to foster brand preference.
• Travel as needed, up to 100 nights per year.
• Own the sales process from inquiry to purchase order closure and provide aftersales support as needed.
