Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive for a fully remote US role. You will develop sales plans, manage opportunities, and close deals in industrial refrigeration and heating solutions.

You will travel to key sites and collaborate with engineering, lifecycle services, and product teams to drive growth and customer value. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of account management in refrigeration, a engineering degree, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years account management in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Understand financial calculations for negotiating and closing opportunities.
• Must be a self-starter with strong drive for results.
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations; establish California market relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account sales plans to meet sales and margin objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for refrigeration and heat pump packages.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants and end-users.
• Travel regularly; up to 100 nights per year.
• Own the sales process from inquiry to purchase order closure; provide aftersales support.
• Maintain forecasts and project details in Salesforce; present at reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong customer experience.
