Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (West) to drive enterprise AI sales across the US. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic opportunities, and partner with product and customer success to deliver value to large enterprises.

You will lead executive-level discussions, build lasting client relationships, and own a robust book of business with a focus on long-term impact. This role offers remote work flexibility with regional hub options.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of quota-carrying strategic SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
• Skilled in outbound prospecting and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new revenue by managing the full sales cycle for WRITER’s enterprise AI agent platform.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new strategic opportunities in target verticals and target account lists.
• Partner cross-functionally to refine value propositions and co-create tailored solutions.
• Guide executive-level discussions and negotiations aligned with customer goals.
• Own your book of business with accountability and long-term impact.
• Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing value.
• Input pipeline data to forecast and report sales progress to leadership.
• Become a trusted product expert, educating users on WRITER and going hands-on when needed.
