DoorDash is seeking an Associate Strategic Account Development Executive to drive the complete sales cycle for merchants across the U.S. This fully remote role focuses on introducing the DoorDash Commerce Platform, running product demos, and guiding the process from outreach to signed agreements.

You’ll build product expertise, manage implementation requirements, and scale DoorDash’s next major platform offering with a strong focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity sales environment.
• Strong discovery skills and experience with outbound prospecting.
• Able to explain value propositions, handle objections, and guide technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run a complete, fast-paced sales cycle from cold outreach through signed contract and handoff to Implementation.
• Drive high-volume pipeline management across a large SMB book.
• Conduct virtual discovery, demos, and product recommendations tailored to merchant needs.
• Educate merchants on DoorDash Commerce Platform components, including POS integrations and data insights.
• Address technical objections and guide merchants through integration capabilities.
