• 4 years of distribution or account management experience (client-facing) preferably in Third‑Party Logistics, Drug Distribution, PBM, or finance.
• Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• Must be able to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact/internal advocate for clients in day-to-day management of assigned strategic accounts.
• Develops understanding of client objectives and translates into value proposition/action plan.
• Drives product/service adoption and utilization through knowledge of client industry and offerings.
• Uses best practices to help clients achieve maximum value from services.
• Leverages relationships to expand footprint and access new areas within the client organization.
• Negotiates and executes contract renewals; drives upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to address client needs and develop solutions.
• Communicates client needs to stakeholders with clear, targeted messaging.
• Forecasts account health metrics and tracks progress using CRM.
• Presents client stories to leadership and during quarterly business reviews.
• Participates in cross-functional projects including product/service enhancements that drive revenue.
