Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of technical presales experience in storage, including 3+ years leading presales or technical teams.
• Strong track record in building high-performing teams and growing pipeline across direct and partner sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of presales engineers across segments and align with business objectives.
• Guide solution design, proofs of concept and competitive strategy for strategic deals; engage directly on key opportunities.
• Build executive and technical relationships with customers; escalate technical needs.
• Drive pipeline data accuracy and coordinate with sales, channel and delivery for opportunities to close.
