Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical presales experience in storage, with 3+ years leading presales or technical teams.
• Proven track record of building teams, growing pipeline and revenue across direct/partner sales.
• Experience supporting multiple customer segments: commercial, public sector or channel.
• Strong background in enterprise storage and data management (block, file, backup, ransomware protection, hybrid cloud).
• Knowledge of virtualization environments and major cloud platforms; competitive market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of presales engineers across segments and partners.
• Guide solution design, POCs, and competitive strategy for complex deals; engage on key opportunities.
• Build executive and technical relationships with customers and partners; drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with sales, channel and segment leadership to align goals and ensure smooth handoffs.
