Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Experience in account management, contract management, and/or billing reconciliation a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an account expert and primary contact for State & Local clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Manage portal billing activities and adhere to client portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing across systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client support.
• Meet or exceed KPI and productivity metrics.
• Handle past due accounts within the portfolio.
• Support growth initiatives like automation and self-serve.
• Act as SME for contract review and onboarding.
