Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Pitney Bowes’ large State & Local government clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices promptly.
• Manage portal billing activities and client portal requirements.
• Perform data cleansing to ensure accurate client information across systems.
• Handle Purchase Orders, contracts, and payment reconciliation.
• Support growth initiatives like automation and self-serve.
