Pearson is seeking a State Adoption Advanced Specialist to lead strategy and post-adoption execution for K-12 CTE state adoptions in the U.S. You will interpret state requirements, guide bids, and coordinate with RFP/Bid Management and district partners.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years in state adoptions or CTE program strategy, with strong research, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Texas experience is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in K-12 state adoptions, curriculum procurement, or CTE program strategy in educational technology or a related field.
• Experience navigating state adoption bid processes and interpreting requirements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

• Serve as internal SME on CTE state adoption processes and timelines.
• Research state enrollment data and competitive landscape to inform title/product decisions.
• Interpret state-specific submission requirements and translate them into clear guidance for teams.
• Relay courseware requirements to Product to clear state review hurdles with nuance.
• Coordinate with Sales to support state adoption materials and district communications.
