You will align with RFP/Bid Management, analyze enrollment data, and relay needs to Product and Content teams, ensuring compliant submissions and effective after-win execution.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in K-12/state adoptions, strong communication, and experience in the Texas process.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in K-12 state adoptions, curriculum procurement, or CTE program strategy in educational technology or a related field
• Experience with Texas state adoption process is especially helpful
• Demonstrated expertise navigating state adoption bid processes
• Strong cross-functional collaborator and self-starter with analytical skills
• Excellent communicator translating state requirements into actionable guidance

Aufgaben

• Serve as internal SME on CTE state adoption processes, timelines and requirements
• Research state enrollment data and competitive landscape to inform title/product decisions
• Interpret requirements and translate them for bid execution teams
• Relay courseware needs to clear state review hurdles with nuance
• Coordinate with Sales to support state adoption materials and go-to-market strategy
• Act as district-facing contact during adoption reviews and manage communication
• Develop post-adoption execution strategies including roadshows and district engagement
