Pearson seeks an experienced State Adoption Advanced Specialist to own CTE state adoption strategy and post-adoption execution across districts. You will interpret state requirements, guide product/content alignment, and partner with RFP/Bid teams to ensure compliant, competitive submissions.

You’ll also monitor state changes and support sell-in and district communications throughout the adoption cycle. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in K-12 state adoptions, with Texas experience highly valued,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in K-12 state adoptions, curriculum procurement, or CTE program strategy
• Experience with Texas state adoption process is especially helpful
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating state adoption bid processes

Responsabilités

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on CTE state adoption processes, requirements, and timelines
• Research state enrollment data and competitive landscape for a given state adoption
• Interpret state-specific submission requirements and translate them into clear guidance for bid execution
• Analyze state submission paperwork and relay what's needed in courseware to clear review hurdles
• Coordinate with sales to support state adoption materials and district communications
