Job summary

Float Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage new patient referrals and coordinate start-of-care visits. This remote, US-based role requires quick action, clear communication, and precise workflow management to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.

You will liaise with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, using our tech stack to coordinate staffing, sessions, and documentation while maintaining excellent customer service and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling patients or medical visits.
• Ability to use multiple platforms at once (email, phone, chat, CRM).
• Strong written and verbal communication for patients and pharmacies.
• Excellent organization and time management to handle urgent starts of care.
• Independently manage tasks in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-of-care visits using the Float Health platform and Zendesk.
• Match nurses to patients and onboard patients to Float Health.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide feedback to improve technology and processes.
