Job summary

Omni is seeking a Staff Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to lead the technical go-to-market efforts for enterprise customers. You will guide strategic evaluations, run technical discovery, and shape the playbook across the Solutions Engineering org.

Based in a remote role across the US, you will mentor SEs, partner with sales and product, and help translate data analytics into concrete customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre-sales BI experience and enterprise support.
• Deep expertise with cloud data warehouses and dbt.
• Proven track record leading discovery, demos, and POCs with senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or leading Solutions Engineers.
• Strong SQL for analytics and data-driven storytelling.
• Exceptional consultative communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Sisense).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and demonstrations for strategic opportunities.
• Run POCs to prove value and enable customers to use Omni on their data.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor SEs across the team.
• Partner with Product and Sales to influence the roadmap from field insights.
• Represent the SE org in executive-level customer conversations.
• Smoothly transition trials into customers with post-sales collaboration.
