As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead complex technical evaluations from discovery through proof-of-concept, mentoring other SEs and collaborating with Account Executives to win deals. This fully remote role supports US-based candidates with preference for Central/Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pre-sales experience in BI or data analytics with enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack including Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Experience in a client-facing role, desire to work closely with customers.
• Exceptional, consultative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about working with data and teaching others.
• Prior experience with BI/enterprise analytics tools like Looker.
• Experience at a high-growth startup is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform as part of the evaluation process, enabling customers on how to use Omni on their data.
• Smoothly transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams and engaging with partners for ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
