Job summary

Omni, an AI analytics platform, seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to empower customers with data insights across the lifecycle. You will lead complex evaluations and mentor junior SEs while shaping product direction with field feedback.

You will work with customers across industries and regions in a high-touch, forward-deployed model, building POCs and guiding trials toward successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics work.
• Interest in growing into a pre-sales career path.
• Passionate about data, eager to learn and teach others.
• Prior exposure to BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior SEs and the sales team to support discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Learn to build and present POCs in the Omni platform for evaluations.
• Support the transition of trials into successful customers with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback for product direction.
