Job summary

Omni is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow its pre-sales Solutions Engineering team across North America. You will coach a team of solutions engineers, partner with Sales leadership, and ensure a best-in-class technical evaluation for prospects.

You’ll bridge field needs with product and engineering and shape strategic guidance for enterprise accounts. The role is fully remote in the US, with preference for Central or Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales experience in BI or analytics software, with domain-specific expertise.
• 2-3+ years of team leadership, including direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, ramp, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers with regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to plan coverage across the pipeline.
• Join discovery calls, demos, and POCs to model best practices and unblock deals.
• Build and refine playbooks for discovery, demos, and POCs for consistency.
• Own team-level metrics and report to Sales and SE leadership.
• Synthesize field feedback for Product and Engineering roadmap discussions.
• Represent the SE team in executive customer conversations as needed.
