Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our legal team. The Staff Attorney will assist the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel with drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing templates and corporate records under limited supervision.

The role involves advising staff on legal implications of business objectives, preparing correspondence, and supporting regulatory and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Completion of law degree from ABA-accredited program preferred.
• License to practice law required.
• Some experience in law firm or in-house legal department required.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills to interact with internal/external partners.

Responsabilités

• Research statutes, decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the organization.
• Prepare legal documents, memos, and correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel on business objectives and policies.
• File and organize legal documents and contracts in filing systems.
• Support compliance programs and cross‑department needs.
