Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our team. You will assist the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel with legal matters, draft documents and templates, perform research, manage legal records, and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.

This role requires a valid license to practice law and a JD from an ABA-accredited program. You will draft and negotiate contracts, provide legal counsel to staff, file documents, and support regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

• Law degree from ABA-accredited program preferred.
• Bar license to practice law required.
• Some experience in a law firm or in-house legal department required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, cases, and regulations.
• Prepare memoranda and correspondence for various departments.
• Advise on legal implications of business objectives and policy changes.
• Maintain and file legal documents and templates in both digital and physical systems.
• Support other departments on contracts, regulatory affairs, and operations.
