Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Staff Attorney to join our team and assist the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel with legal matters, drafting documents and templates, performing legal research, managing document templates and corporate records, and preparing correspondence under limited supervision.

The Staff Attorney will support multiple departments on contracts and regulatory affairs, provide guidance on legal issues, and ensure compliance with Navitus policies and practices.

Qualificações

• Law degree from ABA-accredited program preferred.
• License to practice law required.
• Some experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Acrobat.

Responsabilidades

• Research statutes, decisions, contracts and legal codes.
• Draft and negotiate contracts for the organization.
• Prepare memorandums and correspondence.
• Advise on legal issues and policies.
• Provide legal counsel to staff on business objectives.
• File documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing legal documents.
• Support other departments on contracts and regulatory affairs.
