Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited program.
• License to practice law in good standing.
• Experience in law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong written and oral communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the organization.
• Perform legal research and provide analysis on statutes and regulations.
• Prepare memoranda and correspondence for internal stakeholders.
• Manage legal document templates and corporate records.
• Advise staff on legal implications of business objectives and policies.
