Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel. You will draft documents, perform legal research, manage templates and records, and provide guidance on legal issues under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, preparing memos, and maintaining legal filing systems. Ideal candidates hold a law degree, are licensed to practice, and have experience in a law firm or in-house setting.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited program (preferred).
• Licensed to practice law.
• Some experience in law firm or in-house legal dept.

Responsabilités

• Researches statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, contracts, and codes.
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts for the organization.
• Prepares legal documents, memorandums, and correspondence.
