RethinkFirst, a market leader in behavioral and mental health technology, seeks a Staff Accountant to join the accounting and finance team. The position supports day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and internal controls in a remote-first environment with national reach.

Ideal candidates hold an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–3 years of accounting experience, plus strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems like Sage Intacct.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP systems like Sage Intacct preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors with requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
