CIVIE was founded in 2018 to tackle the toughest radiology challenges with advanced and evolving technologies. This staff accountant role focuses on AP/AR processing across three entities, supported by AI-enabled accounting software to streamline routine tasks.

This is a remote position with a salary range of $66,000 to $80,000 annually, plus benefits and growth opportunities into monthly reporting and analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience with direct AP/AR responsibility.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com required.
• Experience across multiple entities preferred.
• Comfortable with AI-enabled or automated accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP and AR workflows across multiple entities using Bill.com and QuickBooks Online.
• Review, code, and approve vendor invoices.
• Generate and send customer invoices; monitor collections and past-due accounts.
• Reconcile AP and AR subledgers to the general ledger for each entity.
• Resolve discrepancies and exceptions flagged by AI-enabled processing tools.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records across all three entities.
• Monitor AP/AR trends (aging, DSO/DPO, payment timing, variances).
• Prepare month-end AP/AR trends summary for leadership.
