Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a team focused on automation, self-healing, and AI-enabled operations. You will own the reliability roadmap, drive SLO attainment, and strengthen observability and ITSM practices to improve service availability and efficiency.

You will guide engineers in deploying IaC, runbooks, and automation, and partner with security and governance teams to ensure compliant, reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS.
• Six years of IT experience including monitoring tools.
• Three years of IT lead or management experience.
• Experience designing distributed microservice systems.
• Experience with Docker and Linux containers.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a multi-year reliability, observability, and automation roadmap.
• Establish and monitor reliability metrics (SLIs/SLOs, MTTR, change failure rate).
• Lead automated incident remediation and chaos engineering initiatives.
• Develop agentic AI solutions for incident triage with human oversight.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines and expand observability and ITOM across the stack.
