Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to improve reliability, resilience, scalability, and operational health of production services. You will partner with Software Engineering to embed reliability across the lifecycle and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes building SLIs/SLOs, incident response, automation, and CI/CD, with a focus on reducing toil and ensuring operational readiness in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software/SRE/DevOps or related field.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and Linux/Unix.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, observability, and operability of production services.
• Define and improve SLI/SLOs, error budgets, and health metrics.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Drive CI/CD, IaC, automation, and capacity planning across teams.
