Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a multi-year reliability, observability, and automation roadmap.
• Establish and monitor reliability performance measures (MTTR, SLOs, change failure rate).
• Lead automation, runbooks, IaC, and incident remediation initiatives.
• Champion SRE practices and align with security, AI governance, and ITSM teams.
• Lead capacity planning and CI/CD integration for reliable releases.
