Job summary

Accruent is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a global SRE team responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of our cloud-based SaaS platforms. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Security, Support, and IT leadership to embed reliability as a shared responsibility.

You will define the SRE operating model, drive automation, implement observability, manage incidents and disaster recovery, and mentor engineers through

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale SaaS platforms in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Define and execute the SRE strategy and roadmap focused on availability, scalability, resilience, and simplicity.
• Lead incident management, disaster recovery, and resilience programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Support to align priorities and drive improvements.
