Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering with AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to grow our AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

This hands-on leadership role requires guiding small teams, applying SRE best practices, and reducing toil through cutting-edge automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
Hands-on experience with automation or AIOps technologies.
Knowledge of software testing practices, including unit testing and mocks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with decision-making in complex situations.
Experience creating metrics and executive-level updates for leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
Proven cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams.
